Three New Faces at MWDA
Mascari Warner Dinh Architects is pleased to introduce our three newest members to join our growing team.
Milanka Lehman is licensed architect in Kansas, holds NCARB certificate and has been working in the architectural field since 2003. She has worked in various cities throughout USA and Middle East. Her experience encompasses multi-family residential buildings, mixed use, government projects, VA Hospitals upgrades and feasibility studies, medical labs and various small and mid-size tenant improvements. Throughout her architectural carrier, Milanka has worked in Cairo, Budapest, Baghdad, the San Francisco Bay Area, Wichita, Kansas City, Washington D.C., and now San Diego. She has been working on healthcare projects in California for two years. In her free time she plays with her kids, likes to paint, sew, be actively involved in her church and produce arts and crafts projects.
Javier Zepeda has 33 years of architecture experience, and has worked on projects such as Children’s Hospital and Valley View Casino in San Diego, and the 1,000,000 square foot New Veterans Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is a first generation Mexican American. He was one of the members of the first graduating class of the NewSchool of Architecture and Design in San Diego. Born in Los Angeles and raised in San Diego, Javier is the father of three children – one boy and two girls. He graduated from Montgomery High School where he participated in the high school band and the wresting team. Javier’s passion growing up was baseball and he love the Padres! In his free time, he loves gardening, art, history, nature and trying to keep in shape.
Alexander Menshikov has participated in various Educational, Healthcare and Commercial tenant improvements projects. He is experienced with the unique qualities of each industry type: Educational projects are typically very strict in the design approach because of its prescriptive field of work and has to follow design criteria set by the State; Healthcare projects are also required to follow strict guidelines in addition to technical coordination for precise equipment installations; Commercial projects offer their own unique challenges but allow for a bit more expression. In the near future, Alex is looking to become a licensed Architect in the state of California and LEED certified, to better serve communities and help to design a better future for the next generation. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to new horizons, learning new things, and playing and watching soccer.
Please join us in welcoming these three valuable employees to our team!
