Design Approved for Huntington Hospital MOB by City of Pasadena
After a long process, the Design Commission of the City of Pasadena Planning & Community Development Department has approved our application for Final Design Review for the new construction of a four-story, 100,285 square foot medical office building with 3 levels of subterranean parking for Huntington Hospital. This project is located in the Hart district of Pasadena and will serve the surrounding community, and establishes a new contemporary style of architecture which is timeless and will take the hospital into the future. Construction is expected to start the first quarter of 2023.
