Announcing Three Promotions
Mascari Warner Dinh Architects is excited to announce three promotions:
Michelle Nigl Marrison, EDAC, LEED AP – Senior Associate
Michelle has been with the firm for 16 years and continues to lead project teams in project development and agency approval. She is highly requested by various clients because of her ability to navigate the complexities of healthcare projects from small to large scale. Michelle has an innate ability to take a project from inception to completion and thoroughly understands the process. She has taken the initiative to lead and mentor staff on multiple projects simultaneously.
Michael Vanderhoof – Associate
With over 25 years of experience in architecture with a broad range of project types, Mike is inspired by how precise construction detailing blends with the design of various healthcare and other complex projects. Mike contributes a significant amount of design experience to the firm’s bandwidth including healthcare architecture, and civic utilities and operations throughout the city of San Diego and beyond. He has been a strong leader and communicator not only with our staff, but also with clients and industry partners.
Gabriela Bendeck – Associate
Gaby’s journey in the architecture field began while she was still in school, interning with MWDA starting in her 3rd year of college, and continuing to excel in various aspects of architecture during the last 10 years. Her involvement includes all phases of healthcare projects of various sizes. As our Office BIM Manager, Gaby constantly explores the latest technologies and standards to help improve the graphics and production quality for our firm, in addition to training and assisting production staff and projects.
