Palomar Health – Medical Office Building

Overview

Mascari Dinh Architects recently completed a two-story, 38,000 square foot medical office building for Palomar Health (PH), in partnership with Pacific Medical Buildings (Developer) and CW Driver (Design/Build General Contractor).

The project site is approximately 2.61 acres configured in a “T” shape that abuts Main Street and extends between Thirteenth and Fourteenth Streets in the community of Ramona, California. The facility also provides parking for approximately 170 cars. Entitlements for this project included Site Plan Review.
