LNR Property Corporation’s Commercial Property Group announced that five new tenant leases have been signed in its Bressi Village Shopping Center for a combined lease consideration of $4.06 million and 7,548 square feet.

The new tenants include Peet’s Coffee & Tea (approximately 1,702 square feet); Rubio’s Restaurants (approximately 2,341 square feet); Robeks Juice (approximately 1,076 square feet); Board and Brew Sandwiches (approximately 1,270 square feet); and Premiere Cleaners (approximately 1,159 square feet).

Bressi Village is a new 120,000-square-foot neighborhood retail center scheduled to open in mid-to-late February.

It is anchored by Stater Bros. and Trader Joe’s.

The shopping center is located at Gateway Road and El Fuerte in Carlsbad.
Stewart Keith and Bill Thaxton, of Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate, are the exclusive leasing agents for Bressi Village.

Jon Horning, of Flocke & Avoyer, represented Peet’s. Mike Moser, of CB Richard Ellis (NYSE: CBG), represented Rubio’s (Nasdaq: RUBO). Andrew Peterson, of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial, represented Board & Brew and Robeks. Premier Cleaners represented itself.

Grant General Contractors and Mascari Warner Architects (formerly Childs Mascari Warner Architects) are the retail center’s general contractor and architect.
